You've already built something significant. What do you want to build now?

I help successful founders, owners, and executives get crystal clear on the future they want to create – and where to focus to make it happen.

Success changes the question.

At this stage in your career, the challenge usually isn't figuring out how to be successful. It's deciding what you want your success to become.

You may be asking:
Do I want to keep growing this or is it time to build something new?
What would I build if I started from where I am today?
Where am I still essential - and where do I need to let go?
What around me deserves my time and energy now?

You don't need more opportunities. You need clarity about which opportunities are worth pursuing.

Working harder isn't the answer if you're solving the wrong problems.

  • You're working harder than ever, but the results don't match the effort.
  • The same problems keep showing up, no matter what you try.
  • You know your business is capable of more—you just can't see what's holding it back.
  • You're tired of guessing and ready to understand what's actually going on.

The next chapter can be the best one yet.

Imagine being cyrstal clear about:

What you want.
A compelling picture of the business and life you actually want to create.
What matters most.
The few priorities, decisions, and opportunities worthy of your attention.
What needs to change.
The obstacles, assumptions, commitments, or ways of operating that belong to the version of you that got here – not necessarily the one taking you forward.
Where to focus.
So your time, energy, and resources are going toward the future you've chosen.
  • You make decisions with confidence instead of hesitation.
  • You're no longer wasting energy solving the wrong problems.
  • You build a business that supports the life you want instead of competing with it.
  • You wake up with energy because you know where to focus.

What I Do:

Get clear on what you want.
Figure out where to focus.
Build What's Next.

Executive Coaching gives you the space to step outside the momentum of what you've already built and think deliberately about where you're going.

Through disciplined curiousity, we'll clarify what you really want, uncover what's getting in the way, and determine where your attention will create the greatest impact.

Get clear on what you want.
Figure out where to focus.
Build what's next.

David Green

Founder, true vantage executive coaching

I'm an executive coach who works with founders, owners, and executives who have already built something signficant and are thinking seriously about what comes next.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade in pastoral and executive leadership. I know what it's like to carry the weight of leadership, make decisions that affect other people, and realize that success doesn't automatically bring clarity about you're going.

Today, I help successful leaders slow down long enough to think clearly about what they really want. My approach is build around disciplined curiosity– asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and getting beneath the surface so we can see what's really going on.

I'm not here to tell you what your next chapter should be. I'm here to help you get clear enough to build it deliberately.

What is disciplined curiousity?

This simple notion is a game changer.

Most leaders move too quickly to solutions.

Disciplined curisoity is the practice of  to asking the right questions around the right issues and staying curious until we have a deep understanding of the actual problems.

Questions like: What problem are we actually solving? What assumptions are we making? What is this problem a symptom of?

When leaders learn to think this way, clarity emerges and decisions become much easier. They're easier because you have clear vision for why you're doing what you're doing.

And the reality is: you can't actually make sustainable organizational change without getting to the root of your issues.

With my help, we can get there together.
